Your Backyard - If you have got the space, we can set up right in your own backyard. This is great for parties, or a unique extra room for guests.

Holiday Parks - We recommend that you book directly with your chosen holiday park, and let us know your booking details, so we can have everything ready for your arrival.

There are some really lovely holiday parks to choose from, which often have activities for the whole family, camp kitchens and bathroom facilities. You also have the option of powered sites. We highly recommend the lovely Mandurah Caravan & Tourist Park.

Bush Camps - We recommend checking out Hipcamp for some unique camp options, or simply using your search engine to find campgrounds.

Note - We currently work within a 50km Radius of Erskine, Western Australia. If you wish to book a specific location outside of this radius,  this is subject to availability and will incur a fee of $3 per kilometre. All booking requests will need to be confirmed by Brother Moon.

We are able to set up anywhere with a minimum footprint of 7m x 7m of flat ground for our 5m bell tent.     

We also have a smaller 3m option, which requires a 5m x 5m footprint, or our largest emperor bell tent will require 8m x 6m footprint

 We offer 3m bell tents which are suitable for 2 campers on a double bed, or up to 3 campers on sleeping mats, 5m bell tents, which are palatial for couples, perfect for a family of 4 and can fit up to 5 adults, however it doesn't leave any room to  move around your tent, and our 6m x 4m emperor bell tent with the unique oval shaped floor plan, offers room for a queen bed as well as living space, it can accommodate up to 7 single beds.

Without bedding, our furnished chill zones are ideal for larger groups or for kids parties. You'll easily fit 10+ people in the 5m bell tent, sitting on the cushions and enjoying the space and you can throw in your own bedding for a full blown slumber party.

Your bell tent will be fully set up with everything you need in terms of bedding, seating and lighting.  However, here are few things you might want to bring with you; Food and drinks, sunscreen, mosquito spray and warm clothing. 

If you've ordered a Chef's package then an esky will be setup for you as well as all cooking utensils, BBQ and washing up materials. If not, then bringing your own esky is always a good idea.

We take great pride in providing luxury, hotel style accommodation, in a camping environment. Your experience will be comfortable with high end furnishings, quality linen and all the trimmings... this is not your average camping!

It is  important to remember, glamorous camping (glamping) is still camping. Although we have taken steps to provide a comfortable environment, bear in mind that if the weather is hot outside, then it will be hot inside your tent.  Conversely, if it is cold outside then it may be cooler in the tent.  We do have a portable air-conditioner and an electric heater available with your hire, if you have requested to set up at your home or at a powered site. An indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit is included when there are no local fire restrictions in place.  

Check in and out is often dependent on location requirements, and time to set up and pack up. We will let you know at the time of booking, what your anticipated check in and check out times will be.

 We endeavour to fulfil all bookings regardless of the weather. We are able to set up in most conditions  Like all canvas tents however, anything leaning on the walls will create a weak spot for water to potentially penetrate through. During heavy or persistent rain, water can drip through zips, so ensure all tent zips are not exposed. We advise moving belongings away from the edges of the tent and ensuring they are not touching the walls. Generally though, canvas bell tents handle adverse weather very well.

Occasionally if storms are forecast or in particular, damaging winds, it may be necessary to postpone your booking. Glamping in the rain can be a lot of fun, the worst thing about it is setting up and packing down, and fortunately we take care of that!

 No, instead we simply do a credit card authorisation prior to your glamping. You will be asked for your personal information at our online checkout. Your account is then stored securely and deleted 14 days after your reservation ends so that you can enjoy an unforgettable experience without worrying about any damages or losses incurred during your stay.

Convenient payment plans are also available for maximum enjoyment and flexibility. 

To create an appointment online, simply choose the package/s you're interested in booking, select the number of nights from the drop-down menu, and select your preferred check-in date and time. We’ll then collect personal details to request the booking.

In the additional notes section let us know the location you wish to book, plus any other details such as additional bedding, if you are bringing a pet, and if you have any particular theme in mind. We’re here to accommodate you!

You’ll then receive confirmation and final details of your stay via email with terms and conditions to be signed and returned along with options for final payment.
